Shipping
Most online orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, a receipt document containing your tracking information will be emailed to you. For orders placed on store.multiradiance.com, Multi Radiance offers free UPS Ground shipping for US orders and $14.95 UPS ground shipping for international orders.

Shipping exclusions: Multi Radiance cannot ship P.O. Boxes. Multi Radiance does not sell or ship to countries sanctioned by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control.
International Orders
For online purchases, the final amount is shown in U.S. dollars. The price does not include customs, duties and/or taxes. Your credit card company may charge you a conversion fee. Your credit card will be charged in U.S. dollars, and any refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars.
Returns, Exchanges, and Restocking
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Products may only be returned with prior authorization of the Company; please Contact Us to start your return or exchange. Any goods accepted by the Customer in good condition will not be subsequently credited. Returns will be inspected upon receipt and the product will only be accepted as a return if it meets our return criteria. A restocking charge of 30% of the selling price may be applied to Products returned for exchange or credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded
Terms of Sale
Interest and Enforcement Costs. All amounts payable under this Agreement shall be due and payable thirty (30) days following Multi Radiance Medical delivery of an invoice therefore. Any amount not paid when due shall accrue interest at a rate of 18% per annum. Customer agrees to pay all costs associated with Multi Radiance Medical enforcement of the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation any collection costs and/or reasonable attorney's fees.
Risk of Loss
Customer shall assume all risk of loss and damage to the Equipment upon Customer's receipt of the Equipment.
TITLE AND PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice. Price is exclusive of all the applicable sales taxes, use taxes, custom taxes, and all other taxes or levies. When applicable, taxes and levies will be added to the invoice and will appear as separate additional items. Title to and risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon the dispatch from the Company distribution point. Sales are subject to prior approval of the Company Credit Department.
ACCEPTANCE
Orders are binding upon only acceptance by the Company. If a Customer's order contains provisions inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
Sole Benefit Assignment
This Agreement is intended for the sole benefit of Customer Multi Radiance Medical and their respective successors and assigns, and no other person or entity shall have any right, benefit. priority or interest under or because of this Agreement. Customer shall not assign or delegate its rights or duties hereunder without Multi Radiance Medical prior written consent.
Complete Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding of the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof. No waiver, modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing signed by all parties hereto. Time is of the essence of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof. Any dispute related to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts located in Cuyahoga County Ohio and the parties hereby agree to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
